Title
Welsh Pony at the entrance to Minffordd Yard.
Welsh Pony at the entrance to Minffordd Yard. Probably taken in 1938. The driver's side whistle has been removed in this scene, it is often seen leaking in earlier photographs. Note the larger front buffer fitted three years previously. This photograph was probably the one used in the December 1938 Railway Magazine as the 'cropping lines' match that image.
