Track removal gang at Clogwyn y Gwin, Autumn 1941. George Cohen, Sons & Co. Ltd with 40hp Simplex locomotive. The large flat with the loaded sleepers is possibly the frame from the large Cleminson open waggon. The rail bolsters are ex NWNG slate. This is the northern gang working towards Dinas, the section around Pitts Head having been left in situ for use by the military.
